The Rising Tide Brasserie nestles in the secluded village of Glounthaune, beside the tidal estuary of the River Lee, just 10 minutes east of Cork City on the old Cork/Waterford Road.

The views from this amazing Brasserie are simply breath taking! Allow yourself to enjoy a drink or something to eat and listen to the water as it gently breaks against the quay wall. Try capturing a picture of golden reflection at sunset – What a beautiful and peaceful haven.

The picturesque village of Glounthaune hosts its own magical playground which keep the little one’s happy……thus keeing Mum and Dad very happy and able to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

The Rising Tide “experience”, a family run business, has been created by the work and dedication of its owner’s, Sandra, Phil & Ted Murphy. The restaurant is a new side of a business that had previously been a public house and it has grown from strength to strength.
